1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Imposter Who Friends Game application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Imposter Who ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the App.

2. License to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App
Transfer the App to another person or "mirror" the App on any other server
Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent

3. User Conduct

When using our App, you agree to:

Use the App only for lawful purposes
Not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
Not use the App to transmit any harmful code or malware
Respect other players and maintain appropriate conduct during gameplay

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, graphics, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

The Company name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of the Company or its affiliates or licensors.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NEITHER THE COMPANY NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH THE COMPANY MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE APP.

THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.

8. App Store Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to the terms and conditions of the Apple App Store. You acknowledge that:

These Terms are between you and the Company only, not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App
Apple is not responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App
Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you

9. Updates and Changes

We may update the App from time to time. The App may not always be up-to-date on all platforms. While we endeavor to keep the App updated, we are not obligated to provide any updates.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms means you accept and agree to the changes.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may also terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the App shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.
